Client Portal Data

Clients of Azarr Technologies Ltd receive access to a secure client portal. Within this portal, the following activities and data are handled:

  • Payment & Subscription Management: Clients can manage their subscription plans, billing history, and payment methods through our Stripe integration. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.
  • Revision Requests: Clients may submit and track revision requests based on their plan allowance. Revision request content and history is stored securely on our systems.
  • Project Access: Clients can access project deliverables including source code, live website previews, and media kits. Access is scoped to the client's own project data only.
  • Chat Communications: Messages sent through the in-portal chat are stored to allow our development team and clients to maintain a clear project communication history. These messages are accessible only to authorised team members and the relevant client.
